Mandarin Oriental Residences

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston opened in 2008 with 49 exclusive and sumptuous residences.

Using ancient Asian symbols and graphics to inspire us, we created a visual language that communicated the exclusiveness of the Residences and the truly phenomenal amenities. The portfolio we created was evocative of the Chinese fans and antique boxes that once held precious treasures; with a custom red fan tassel set against the creamy, embossed structure, the box had a one-of-a-kind look that bespoke the unique nature of the custom homes. Prospective buyers would walk away with a distinctive portfolio housing their personal floor plans and views.

We also worked with the Peabody Essex Museum to research and select the 19th century China trade fan that is used by the Mandarin Boston as its icon.

Mandarin Oriental Apartments

In 2015 The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Boston converted 25 of their one to three bedroom stylish rental apartments into condominiums. The use of luxury hotel amenities along with their Back Bay central location made these exclusive homes a much sought after item.

We were once again hired to brand these new condos with a new look and feel but with an updated graphic look that coordinated with the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel branding.
