This exclusive Smith’s Point, Manchester-by-the-Sea estate offered astonishing, unobstructed views, rare oceanfront privacy and handcrafted excellence throughout.

Brand Identity
A typographical mark was created to use for marketing purposes. We carried this through on all pieces, the website, the business cards, eblasts and print ads. The business cards had the mark and contact information on one side and one of four gorgeous views of the house on the reverse.

We created a website rich in content with stunning photographs of this spectacular home as well as details of all the mechanicals, the views and the many rooms in the house.

Social Media
A six-month social media campaign was launched that included Instagram, Facebook, a Google Ad Words campaign and a Facebook Ad campaign. The client was thrilled with the calls and inquiries that came in for the $14 million house.

For all social media projects we develop a social media campaign strategy, create still photography, GIFS, and custom content.

We created a library of spectacular photos of the views from and of the house. Then we also loaded the website with photography of the charming Manchester-by-the-Sea neighborhood below Smith’s Point.
