The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston opened in 2008 with 49 exclusive and sumptuous residences. 39 of the homes sold out within 6 months.


Brand Identity
Using ancient Asian symbols and graphics to inspire us, we created a visual language that communicated the exclusiveness of the Residences and the truly phenomenal amenities as well as the Chinese heritage of its parent company.The portfolio we created was evocative of the Chinese fans and antique boxes that once held precious treasures; with a custom red fan tassel set against the creamy, embossed structure, the box had a one-of-a-kind look that spoke to the unique nature of the custom homes. Prospective buyers walked away from a meeting with a distinctive portfolio housing their personal floor plans and views.
