Envisioned as a beautiful and sustainable city, Union Point is technologically advanced and environmentally conscious. Union Point’s mission is to enhance the human experience through the ideals of technology, sustainability, architectural beauty, education, creative arts, culture and inclusivity. 10 million square feet of commercial space, 4 thousand private residences, 1000 acres of open space and 50 miles of hiking and biking trails.
This dynamic brand identity showcases the multi dimensional approach of Union Point, that it’s not just buildings. While we did not create the original brand mark, we took it and headed in a new direction that is bold, contemporary and memorable. Incorporating abstract leaf and building elements, the pattern is architectural, organic and spatial, and can be used in endlessly changing forms, and expanding patterns.
The brand system utilizes a strong and bright color palette, coupled with thick and thin lines, cultivating a minimal and modernist aesthetic. The modular grid pattern makes it easier to apply it to pretty much any medium and format.
Branding the pop-ups
The Hangout. A unique “moveable marketplace” (pop-up) food, beverage, retail, art and music experience, right outside of the on-site airplane hangar. The space consists of retrofitted storage containers ready for retail tenants to customize, mixed-in with outdoor living spaces, art installations, a beer garden, daily programming and more.
The Farmers’ Market. It’s a collaboration with the Weymouth Farmers’ Market and Weymouth Food Pantry to Family Program, where you can find every summer Sunday fresh produce, a niche grocery, bakery goods and local finds as well as live music.
