Emma Guardia

A brand identity for a Millennial-led real estate team built for visibility and distinction in Cambridge.

About this project

The Emma Guardia Team is a Millennial-led real estate group operating in Cambridge and greater Boston. In a market saturated with templated logos, scripted taglines, and interchangeable lifestyle imagery, the challenge was to create an identity that would command attention and feel unmistakably personal.

The brand centers on a single, unmistakable idea: the letter E. Drawn as a bold, architectural form, the mark is reductive and highly legible, designed to perform at street scale across signage, print, and transit placements. Its simplicity allows it to function as both emblem and signature.

A bold palette of red, black, and white establishes immediacy and confidence. The use of red creates an impact in urban environments, while the system remains disciplined and controlled. Typography is direct and declarative, reinforcing a tone that feels assured and contemporary.

Rather than relying on conventional real estate photography, the campaign positions the agent as the focal point.

Stylized portraits of Emma, paired with concise language, create an eye-catching, unified system where mark, typography, and imagery operate together. The result replaces cliché with presence and positions Emma Guardia as both subject and brand.
