About the project
Legacy 4415 is a multifamily residential community undergoing a comprehensive renovation and repositioning in Midland, Texas. As the property evolved—with upgraded amenities and refreshed spaces—the existing brand no longer reflected the experience being offered. The identity needed to clearly signal change, modernity, and momentum within a competitive regional rental market.
We partnered with Churchill Forge to create a revitalized visual system that replaced the dated look with a bold, expressive identity rooted in clarity and confidence. The logo centers on a framed “L,” using abstract stripes inspired by the site itself—suggesting movement through the property, from pool to pathways to trees. This simple structure allowed the mark to feel both architectural and approachable.
A vibrant color palette, contemporary artwork, and confident typography introduced energy and personality, while a disciplined layout system unified marketing across print and digital applications. Messaging focused on renewal and lifestyle improvements, helping prospective residents quickly understand what had changed—and why Legacy 4415 felt different now.
The refreshed identity repositioned Legacy 4415 as a modern, welcoming community defined by clarity and renewal. The cohesive visual language strengthened market presence, supported leasing efforts, and communicated a clear sense of forward movement—helping establish the property’s next chapter with confidence.
