About the project

Legacy 4415 is a rebrand for an existing residential community in Midland, Texas, following new ownership and a complete repositioning of the property. The project called for a clear reset. The previous identity no longer reflected the condition of the site or the experience being created.

The community serves residents whose daily lives are shaped by work, routine, and movement. The brand needed to reflect this reality. Direct, legible, and grounded in use.

The name Legacy 4415 pairs permanence with place. “Legacy” introduces a sense of continuity and long-term investment, while the address anchors the identity in its physical location. Together, they signal a property that has been reconsidered and rebuilt with intention.

The visual system draws from patterns of movement through the site. From parking to pathways to shared spaces, the identity reflects how residents move between work and home. The logo centers on a framed “L,” constructed from directional stripes that suggest rhythm and structure. The mark feels architectural and active, balancing expression with clarity.

Color and typography introduce energy while maintaining discipline. The palette references the Midland landscape, open sky, and the materials of the site, creating a system that feels specific to place. A set of graphic elements abstract key amenities and site features, allowing the identity to extend across leasing, signage, and digital applications with consistency.
