About this project
One Dalton occupies a singular position in Boston, combining architectural prominence with the service culture and discretion of Four Seasons. Adams Design was engaged to bring a fresh conceptual direction to the property’s marketing, reinterpreting the experience of living at the tower through a more imaginative lens.
Rather than focusing on features or finishes, the work translated services and surroundings into visual metaphors. Inspired by the idea of stepping into another world, the campaign concept presents life at One Dalton as layered, unexpected, and quietly magical. Everyday experiences are elevated through suggestion and symbolism rather than explanation.
The brochure was rebuilt around this idea, with minimal typography giving the imagery space to lead. Messaging supports the concept without over-explaining it, reinforcing a sense of wonder while remaining aligned with Four Seasons standards of calm and precision.
The website was refreshed with updated visuals and copy, extending the new conceptual direction into the digital experience without overhauling the existing structure.
The Zuma campaign extended the concept to the building’s restaurant and social hub, positioning it as a gathering place where residents and the wider city converge.
