We partnered with Churchill Forge to create a new brand identity for Legacy 4415, a multifamily community in Midland, Texas. The refreshed system includes messaging, marketing materials, and bold contemporary artwork that reflects the property’s transformation and positions it for the future.

THE CHALLENGE

Legacy 4415 needed a modern, cohesive brand that could signal its renewal with a property renovation and refreshed amenities. It needed to appeal to a broader range of residents in a competitive multifamily market.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a revitalized identity system centered on bold color, expressive artwork, and clear, confident messaging. The visual language extends across print, signage, and marketing materials, creating a vibrant and contemporary presence for the community.

The Legacy 4415 logo uses the “L” as a frame, with abstract stripes evoking the pool, paths, and trees of the property.

Set in Alexandria Semibold with custom modifications, the font balances typographic tradition with a proprietary detail.

The color palette was inspired by the interior designer’s choice of warm earth tones complemented by chic blacks and grays.

Custom geometric icons form a modular system. Individually symbolic, together they build a bold pattern that defines the Legacy 4415 brand.
