Using the existing Four Seasons and One Dalton brand assets, we built a refined visual system that emphasized the tower’s angular form, premium materials, and global prestige.
Photography direction focused on the sweeping skyline and interior elegance, anchoring the campaign in a sense of scale and rarity. We expanded the visual language through elegant typography, a restrained color palette, and clean, structured layouts across brochures, advertising, floor plan materials, and high-end print collateral.
Every touchpoint—whether a full-page ad, brochure spread, or lifestyle-focused marketing piece—was crafted to enhance the tower’s presence in the luxury residential market and appeal to discerning buyers seeking Four Seasons service within a landmark architectural address.
