We refined the brand identity for The Bristol Wellesley, a new-construction condominium community designed for modern suburban living. The goal was to bring elegance, cohesion, and a fashion-forward sensibility to the brand—elevating every touchpoint from logo and palette to marketing and on-site communications.

The Challenge

The Bristol was a new luxury residential development in Wellesley, but the inherited logo and early brand elements lacked the finesse and cohesion needed to compete in a discerning, design-aware market.

The challenge was to refine—not reinvent—the identity: elevating the typography, adjusting the logo for better balance, and establishing a color palette and visual language that conveyed sophistication with a subtle feminine edge. The brand needed to feel polished, inviting, and distinctly positioned within the landscape of high-end suburban residences.

The Solution

We refined the existing logo and typography to feel more architectural, graceful, and in line with the building’s ambitions

We then introduced a signature lavender-driven palette paired with tailored striping that runs through print, digital, and environmental applications. This new system created a visual identity that is soft yet structured—elegant without excess.

A fashion-forward photography direction, developed with acclaimed photographer Bob Packert, brought an editorial sensibility to the lifestyle story. The imagery feels effortless, refined, and design-conscious, positioning The Bristol as a residence with everyday luxury at its core.

As construction began, we expanded the system with a bolder on-site palette inspired by luxury retail and destination branding. The resulting job-site signage delivered striking, memorable placemaking that announced The Bristol’s arrival long before the doors opened.

Using Bodoni Moda and Jost Light, the typography expresses The Bristol Wellesley’s signature mix of luxury condominium style, modern simplicity, and suburban refinement.
