We refined the original logo and typography to feel more polished and architectural, then introduced a signature lavender palette and a tailored striped pattern that appears across print, digital, and environmental applications. These elements bring cohesion and intentionality to the brand, creating an identity that is both soft and structured.
A fashion-inspired photography direction—developed in collaboration with acclaimed photographer Bob Packert—elevates the lifestyle narrative with imagery that feels editorial, effortless, and refined. This approach positions The Bristol as a stylish, design-forward residential choice with everyday luxury at its core.
As construction began, we introduced a bolder palette for the job-site signage, using cues from luxury retail environments and destination branding. The result was eye-catching, memorable placemaking that signaled the property’s arrival long before completion.
