THE SOLUTION
We created a modern, industrial-inspired identity that connects the mill’s history with its new creative purpose. A clean sans-serif logo, paired with textures from distressed wood and archival type, established an authentic visual tone.
A layered mix of archival imagery and local photography grounded the brand in place. The brochure became a modular set of inserts held by a silver ring, with floor plans stored in a custom pocket. Postcards extended the collage artwork across key touchpoints.
