About this project
One Dalton occupies a singular position in Boston’s residential landscape, pairing architectural prominence with the discretion and service culture of Four Seasons. We were engaged to refresh the campaign—introducing a new visual direction, updated messaging, advertising, and sales materials that more fully reflected the experience of living at the tower.
The campaign was built around restraint and suggestion rather than overt luxury signaling. Clean typography, minimal layouts, and editorial imagery established a calm, composed tone calibrated to Four Seasons standards, while messaging introduced a quiet sense of wit and wonder.
Inspired by the idea of “through the looking glass,” the work suggests that life at One Dalton reveals more than expected—extraordinary views, seamless service, and moments of refinement that unfold subtly over time.
