Over a decade in the making, One Harbor Shore represents the final chapter of Fan Pier’s iconic residential development. As the third and culminating luxury tower on the Boston waterfront, it deserved a brand identity as elevated and enduring as the residences themselves.

Our 13+ year partnership with The Fallon Company allowed us to craft a comprehensive luxury real estate branding system—uniting brand strategy, naming, visual identity, signage, print, and digital design—to position One Harbor Shore as the premier destination on the waterfront.

THE CHALLENGE

Creating a distinct identity for the tower that completes the Fan Pier trilogy—while elevating its position as the most refined and exclusive residence—required a strategic approach to luxury real estate branding.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a brand identity grounded in clarity, craftsmanship, and a sophisticated visual system that reflects the tower’s waterfront setting and architectural character. Every touchpoint—from signage to digital presence—was designed to reinforce a timeless sense of luxury.

Where glass meets gloss. Inspired by dawn’s first light and dusk’s last glow, the logo reflects 14 stories of vertical elegance and waterborne rhythm.

Moneta Bold conveys modern refinement with a touch of personality—balancing architectural elegance with an approachable, quietly playful tone.

A mix of deep blues and bright teals captures the shifting reflections of sky and clouds on the water, while a metallic neutral adds modern polish and balance.
