The Cape Club

Print collateral for The Cape Club showcasing the unified residential and golf community branding.

We were asked to create a brand identity for a proposed mixed-use golf community
on Cape Cod consisting of townhomes, single family homes, a golf club for residents as well
as a state-of-the-art golf course.

One Harbor Shore

Brand identity design for One Harbor Shore, the luxury waterfront residential tower at Fan Pier in Boston.

Our work on One Harbor Shore has been about bringing Boston’s last waterfront opportunity on Fan Pier to life in a way that truly stands apart. We’ve focused on highlighting its extraordinary light, breathtaking views, and reputation for excellence, while crafting a story that embodies a confident, welcoming, and relaxed lifestyle. This project is the pinnacle of Seaport living—offering unparalleled service, iconic views, and a one-of-a-kind location—and we’re proud to have shaped its narrative as the final chapter in this iconic waterfront.

Calda Vita

Calda Vita packaging and print layout concepts showcasing the refined visual system.

Calda Vita is a luxury brand of handmade organic soaps. Adams Design Boston created the name, logo and identity, inspired by the Italian phrase meaning “warmth and life,” to express natural luxury, artisanal craft and timeless simplicity.

Liberty Wharf

Liberty Wharf brand identity inspired by Boston Harbor’s waterfront character.

Adams Design worked with the Cresset Group to develop the identity for Liberty Wharf. Building on a vision that began in 2002 with the Doulos family and Massport, we created a flexible system of signage and placemaking elements that unify the site and express its connection to the harbor.

Gaila

Gaila nonprofit brand identity logo for cancer patient support.

Gaila is a Hingham-based nonprofit that manufactures and sells the regal headdress and offers a free one to every woman who has lost her hair because of illness. The name Gaila is a play on three words: gala, gele (the Nigerian head wrap on which the Gaila is modeled) and Gail, the Milton professor of international business who designed the prototype to give as gifts to fellow cancer patients.

Legacy 4415

Expressive contemporary artwork integrated into the Legacy 4415 visual identity system.

Adams Design partnered with Churchill Forge to create a new identity for Legacy 4415, a multifamily community in Midland, Texas. The system includes brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing materials, paired with bold contemporary artwork that reflects the property’s transformation and positions it for the future.

Appleton Mills

Artist housing marketing materials for mill redevelopment

A legacy reborn, a creative future imagined. Once a historic textile mill, Appleton Mills has been meticulously transformed into Massachusetts’ largest affordable artist housing development. This landmark restoration breathes new life into a storied space, creating 130 loft-style residences purposefully designed for artists and creative professionals to live, work, and thrive. More than a development, Appleton Mills is a vision realized—where history meets innovation, and affordability empowers artistry.

The Sudbury Apartments

Lifestyle photography showcasing the active, connected living experience at The Sudbury Apartments.

The logo for The Sudbury Apartments—and its sister logo for the condos—was inspired by the idea of a kaleidoscope, from the ancient Greek kalós (beautiful) and eîdos (shape). This concept captures the spirit of The Sudbury, suggesting a range of lifestyle choices and continuous transformation at Bulfinch Crossing. As part of our broader approach to design and branding in Boston, the identity reflects both the vibrancy of the city and the evolving nature of this landmark development.

One Exeter Plaza

Leasing wall signage for One Exeter Plaza featuring the geometric architectural logo and modern visual identity for the Back Bay office tower.

Adams Design Boston rebranded this landmark office building at Exeter and Boylston Streets in Boston with a new logo and identity rooted in its architectural form.

The Bristol Wellesley

Editorial-style lifestyle photography for The Bristol Wellesley luxury condominiums, conveying relaxed suburban elegance.

Like the Bristol custom automobile or the exclusive Hôtel Bristol in Paris, The Bristol Wellesley epitomizes luxury. Both the high level of design and amenities offered speak to an affluent audience at home in Boston’s western suburbs but ready to shed the hassles of large-home ownership. All aspects of the branding reinforce the relaxed and breezy elegance of The Bristol lifestyle.

Featherwinds

Featherwinds embodies the essence of serene countryside living, where strong community bonds and effortless life transitions prevail.

Rozzie Boston

Tote bag with Rozzie Boston apartment branding and geometric pattern.

Rozzie’s brand reflects the vibrant diversity of Roslindale, with a logo that captures the community’s multifaceted spirit and welcomes all. We harmonized the branding with the building’s interior colors and the lush natural surroundings.

Larkwood

Larkwood is a breath of fresh air in the busy lives we lead today. Its natural setting and thoughtful design
combine to create a community of homes that are as beautiful as they are functional. Just as important, Larkwood lifts your
spirits and provides balance to the demands
of jobs and family.

Vela Seaport

The heavens are filled with stars and stories, like the constellation Vela and the tale of Jason and the Argonauts. Named for the sails of their ship, Vela invites you to imagine a journey of adventure through the night sky—just as the restaurant invites you to experience different cultures and cuisines from your table by the sea. Brought to life by our design agency in Boston, Vela is many things—elegant yet easy, sophisticated yet surprising.

The Heritage On The Garden

heritage on the garden black woman with gold earring

As one of Boston’s premier ad agencies, we had the privilege of working with The Heritage On The Garden — a landmark that spans an entire city block in the historic Back Bay. This iconic destination is home to world-renowned brands such as Anne Fontaine, Audemars Piguet, Bottega Veneta, GIADA, Hermès, St. John Knits, and the acclaimed restaurant Bistro du Midi. Developed by The Druker Company, it exemplifies luxury and timeless design.

EchelonSeaport

EchelonSeaport needed to stand out among many new high-end residences in Boston’s exploding Seaport District. At the same time, it had to appeal to two different audiences: affluent young professionals and an older, luxury-loving demographic. We did this by focusing on Echelon’s promise of a resort-in-the-city lifestyle.

Prism Apartments

Prism, a project by Boston design agency Adams Design, is where Cambridge’s vibrancy meets Kendall Square’s innovation—an elegant fusion of intellect, culture, and cosmopolitan energy. Like its optical namesake, Prism refracts the many facets of its surroundings into a rich, nuanced living experience. Speaking the language of its residents—biotech and business, research and teaching—it offers a refined retreat for professionals, MBAs, post-doctoral fellows, and urban families alike.

Stratus Residences

Twelve glorious hillside acres with 111 stunning homes. A cathedral turned amenity palace. A bevy of floor plans to meet every need. That’s Stratus. In a competitive landscape with little differentiation, we lifted these condominiums above the crowd and into the clouds with a name and branding that invited viewers to “imagine more.”

Brio Hingham

Award-winning Boston Design agency, Adams Design drew upon the iconic luxury of the grand age of Transatlantic travel, powerfully captured in Art Deco posters and created a vibrant brand identity and visual language that captures the lifestyle of Brio’s demographic.

Penmark

The old and the new came together in Penmark. Built in 1863, this old school building now houses contemporary luxury condos, its historic past in contrast to its arty, do-your-own-thing SoWa neighborhood. By capitalizing on both, we not only created a vibrant brand image for these new residences but also defined a new neighborhood and lifestyle. The choice to use illustration pays homage to the artists and galleries of the South End.

The Seaport Hotel

SEAPORT HOTEL do not disturb door hanger

Inspired both by sea breezes and a spirit of innovation, the Seaport Hotel’s strategy was to deliver guest experiences that are always fresh and creative. Taking our cue from this, our brand strategy was to impart an upbeat tone, both visually and verbally, consistently across all market segments and applicable to all aspects of this waterfront hotel’s venues, from guest rooms to ballrooms.

Makor Capital

Makor Capital invests in and manages multi-family communities throughout New England. Makor sought a mark that spoke to the upward movement of the company, a look that would be easily recognized at the corporate level yet adaptable for its individual communities.

Strada 234

Strada 234 in Boston’s West End, boasts a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. The building originally served as the Austin Biscuit Company factory, which later became the Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company and subsequently the Sunshine Biscuit Company. Located under the elevated highway on Causeway Street, this former bakery and warehouse said “seedy neighborhood” when it needed to say “desirable residential address.”

Noannet

noannet hardhat white logo on green hat

The founder’s love of hiking with his family through the Noannet Woodlands and biking around Noannet Pond with its view of the Boston skyline inspired the company name. The strength and longevity of this distinctive landscape mirrored his goals for the company.

Merrimack Valley Golf Club

When this classic Donald Ross golf course celebrated 100 years of superb golf, it also opted to rebrand itself as a modern, multi-function club and facility. We came on board to give Merrimack Valley Golf Club an updated image that spoke both to 21st century needs and an historic legacy.

One Canal Apartments

one canal orange kissing couple in subway vertical

One Canal entered a highly competitive downtown Boston luxury rental market. Our strategy was to appeal to affluent Millennials and GenXers by focusing specifically on differentiators no one else could claim at the time: a magnificent rooftop pool and amenity center, amazing 360º views and two floors of luxe penthouse apartments. It was the fastest lease-out in Aimco’s history.

Grant McCarthy Gagnon

grant mccarthy gagnon silver logo on green in box vertical

Many law firms use their partners’ initials in their logo, but few connote the strength, tradition, and ingenuity of the brand identity we created for Grant McCarthy Gagnon. The geometric lines of the ionic column were a perfect jumping off point for us to incorporate the proverbial initials into the circles and straight lines of the column form. Using a contemporary color palette and a silver foil emboss gave the mark even more distinction.

Tempo Apartments

We were charged with naming and positioning this two-building, 320-apartment complex adjoining the Cambridge Discovery Park.
We worked with developer Criterion Partners to name the project, then create a logo, identity , print brochure, and signage for it. The name and logo were inspired by the varying rhythms of life: high professional energy balanced by a home atmosphere…where one can relax and unwind.
