Makor Capital invests in and manages multi-family communities throughout New England. Adams Design created a mark and visual identity that spoke to the upward movement of the company, a look that would be easily recognized at the corporate level yet adaptable for its individual communities.

Using the brand mark as a jumping off point, we created logos for the individual properties using the same base but with a different color palette on each.
