The Challenge

Legacy 4415 needed a modernized identity that could shift perceptions from the previous outdated complex.

With extensive renovations underway and expanded amenities for residents, the new identity needed to strengthen leasing activity, and distinguish the community within a competitive regional market. The existing materials lacked cohesion and no longer reflected the property’s updated features or renewed direction.

Legacy 4415 brand identity featuring bold, contemporary design elements.

The Solution

We developed a revitalized visual identity that replaced the dated look with a bold, expressive system centered around contemporary artwork and confident typography.

The refreshed logo and supporting elements introduce a brighter, more energetic tone—signaling change and creating a sense of place for prospective residents.

A structured layout system and consistent color palette unify marketing materials across print and digital touchpoints. Messaging highlights the community’s improvements and amenities, bringing clarity and personality to leasing communications.

The overall identity is flexible, approachable, and visually memorable—built to support both immediate marketing efforts and long-term brand equity.

Set in Alexandria Semibold with custom modifications, the font balances typographic tradition with a proprietary detail.

The color palette was inspired by the interior designer’s choice of warm earth tones complemented by chic blacks and grays.
