THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
Fifty-five, spectacular, high-in-the-sky condominiums are just the beginning of what makes The Sudbury extraordinary. Strategically, it posed an unusual challenge: we had to replace entrenched negative perceptions of the neighborhood with vibrant branding of the new Bulfinch Crossing neighborhood. We worked with HYM Development and National Real Estate Advisors to create branding for both the condos and the apartments.
The logo for the condos—and its sister logo for the apartments—draws inspiration from the kaleidoscope, rooted in the ancient Greek words kalós (beautiful) and eîdos (shape). This metaphor reflects both the variety of lifestyle options at The Sudbury and the ongoing transformation at Bulfinch Crossing.
The gorgeous brochure was as much about placemaking as about The Sudbury itself. It fully described The Sudbury’s luxe condos and amenities, but it also paid special attention to the transformation of the Bulfinch Triangle from tired and boring to exciting and easily accessed from much of Boston.
In the heart of the city, this dynamic neighborhood is surrounded by theatre, dining, retail, and parks—offering a vibrant, creative lifestyle. The kaleidoscope-inspired logo reflects its ever-evolving energy and diversity, resonating with residents drawn to a community that’s colorful, connected, and full of possibility.
Our strategy was to bring The Sudbury to life by introducing the kind of discerning people who would be attracted by the astounding 360º views and superb amenities. Affluent, accomplished, and accustomed to the best, they put a humorous twist on The Sudbury’s sophisticated target market.
