RE150 presented two distinct challenges. It had to relate to its sister property, The Residences at Rivers Edge, yet have a distinct personality of its own. At the same time, it had to stand out in a highly competitive apartment marketplace. Our strategy was two-pronged: appeal to the young professional target audience with bright, contemporary graphics and focus on what the competition could not: a direct riverfront park location and a higher level of finishes and amenities.
